Application note A096-EN99<\/span><\/p>\n Hydrozine\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u7532\u9178\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u6574\u4e2a\u94fe\u6761\u8010\u7528\uff0cHydrozine\u6280\u672f\u624d\u80fd\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u4f7f\u7528\u4ece\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u63d0\u53d6\u7684\u7532\u9178\uff0c\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u7535\u529b\u5c06\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u4e0e\u6c34\u6df7\u5408\u4ee5\u4ea7\u751fHydrozine\u3002FAST\u56e2\u961f\u5e0c\u671b\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u540e\u8005\u8bc1\u660eHydrozine\u662f\u5728\u91cd\u578b\u8fd0\u8f93\u884c\u4e1a\uff08\u6bd4\u5982\u516c\u5171\u6c7d\u8f66\u548c\u53d1\u7535\u673a\uff09\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u66ff\u4ee3\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u5408\u9002\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u4e3a\u6b64\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u5f00\u53d1\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u540d\u4e3a\u201cREX\u201d\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n REX\u662f\u4f7f\u7528Hydrozine\u4f5c\u4e3a\u71c3\u6599\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u53d1\u7535\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u5185\u90e8\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5c06Hydrozine\u8f6c\u5316\u6210\u6c22\u6c14(H2)\u548c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3(CO2)\uff0c\u76f8\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u4efb\u4f55\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u3001\u66f4\u7a33\u5b9a\u3001\u66f4\u8282\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n \u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6311\u6218\u662f\u6c14\u4f53\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u4e2dH2\u548cCO2\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6d4b\u91cf\u662f\u5426\u6709\u6c14\u4f53\u4ea7\u751f\u4e5f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u7532\u9178\u53ef\u80fd\u5806\u79ef\u5728\u53cd\u5e94\u5668\u4e2d\u5e76\u6ea2\u51fa\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6d4b\u91cf\u662f\u5fc5\u987b\u7684\u3002<\/p><\/td>\n \u201cREX\u201d\u7cfb\u7edf\u7528\u4e8e\u5c06Hydrozine\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u7535\u80fd: \u5728\u5927\u6c14\u538b\u4e0b\u5c06\u6db2\u6001Hydrozine(HCOOH)\u50a8\u5b58\u5728\u201cREX\u201d\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u7528\u6cf5\u5c06\u5176\u6ce8\u5165\u5230\u91cd\u6574\u5668\u4e2d\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u5185\u90e8\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u5c06Hydrozine\u8f6c\u5316\u6210\u6c22\u6c14(H2)\u548c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3(CO2)\u3002\u6c22\u6c14\u548c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6d41\u5411\u71c3\u6599\u7535\u6c60\uff0c\u4e0e\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u7684\u6c27\u6c14\u53d1\u751f\u53cd\u5e94\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u7535\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n \u7535\u80fd\u63d0\u53d6\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u548c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u5230\u7a7a\u6c14\u4e2d\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0e\u7528\u4e8e\u5236\u9020Hydrozine\u7684\u6210\u5206\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u5b8c\u6210\u80fd\u6e90\u8f7d\u4f53\u4fdd\u6301\u78b3\u5e73\u8861\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u3002<\/p>\n REX\u7cfb\u7edf\u914d\u5907Bronkhorst\u70ed\u5f0f\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1(IN-FLOW\u7cfb\u5217)\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u6d4b\u91cf\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6c14\u4f53\u91cf\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6c14\u6d41\u4fe1\u606f\u4e86\u89e3\u7cfb\u7edf\u8f6c\u6362\u6c14\u4f53\u7684\u901f\u7387\u548c\u7535\u80fd\u751f\u6210\u91cf\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u4ee5\u6b64\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e0d\u540c\u53c2\u6570\u6765\u63d0\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n \u201cBronkhorst\u62e5\u6709\u5904\u7406\u7279\u6b8a\u6c14\u4f53\u7684\u4e13\u957f\uff0c\u5e76\u80fd\u591f\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u90e8\u4ef6\u548c\u652f\u6301\u3002Bronkhorst\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u51c6\u786e\u6d4b\u91cf\u4ea7\u6c14\u91cf\uff0c\u8fd9\u5728\u4e4b\u524d\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u6765\u8bf4\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u4ee5\u6d4b\u91cf\u8fdb\u53bb\u7684\u7532\u9178\u548c\u6d41\u51fa\u7684\u6c14\u4f53\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u8005\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u5e94\u8be5\u4e3a\u96f6\uff0cBronkhorst\u6d41\u91cf\u4f20\u611f\u5668\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bc1\u660e\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n \u6ca1\u6709Bronkhorst\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u65e0\u6cd5\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u975e\u5e38\u611f\u8c22\u4ed6\u4eec\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u590f\u5b63\u5b8c\u6210\u8fc7\u7a0b\u6d4b\u8bd5!—\u6765\u81eaFAST\u56e2\u961f\u3002<\/p><\/td>\n\u7532\u9178\u751f\u4ea7\u4e2d\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u5e94\u7528<\/h1>\n
