href=\"https:\/\/www.bronkhorst-china.com\/products\/vapour-flow\/cem\/\">CEM<\/a>\u7cfb\u7edf\u7531\uff08\u70ed\u5f0f\u6216\u79d1\u6c0f\uff09\u6db2\u4f53\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u5668\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bronkhorst-china.com\/products\/liquid-flow\/liqui-flowl10-l20\/\">LIQUI-FLOW<\/a> \u6216 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bronkhorst-china.com\/products\/liquid-flow\/mini-cori-flow-l\/\">mini CORI-FLOW<\/a>) \u3001\u8f7d\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u5668(\u4f8b\u5982 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bronkhorst-china.com\/products\/gas-flow\/el-flow-select\/\">EL-FLOW Select<\/a>)\u548c\u6e29\u5ea6\u53d7\u63a7\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u84b8\u53d1\u88c5\u7f6e\u7ec4\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Bronkhorst\u6d41\u91cf\u88c5\u7f6e\u7528\u4e8e\u4f20\u7edf\u7845\u57fa\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u6676\u4f53\u7845\u7247\u5e94\u7528\u5c42\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u67d4\u6027\u57fa\u677f\u4e0a\u5236\u9020\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u975e\u6676\u7845\u57fa\u8584\u819c\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u7ec4\u4ef6\u7684\u8584\u5c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f8b\u5b50-\u5982\u4f55\u5c06\u201cp-n\u7ed3\u201d\u6c89\u79ef\u5728\u67d4\u6027\u57fa\u6750\u4e0a\u7684-\u6765\u66f4\u6df1\u5165\u5730\u63a2\u8ba8\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u67d4\u6027\u57fa\u6750\u662f\u5149\u4f0f\uff08PV\uff09\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u7535\u6c60\u5c06\u592a\u9633\u5149\u8f6c\u6362\u6210\u7535\u5b50\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5de5\u827a\u5ba4\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e24\u5c42\u4e0d\u540c\u53c2\u6742\u5242\u7684\u7845\u5c42\u5fc5\u987b\u76f8\u4e92\u91cd\u53e0\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5de5\u827a\u4ecb\u8d28\u662f\u5e26\u6709\u5fae\u91cf\u6c14\u4f53\u7684\u7845\u70f7(SiH4)\u548c\u6c22(H2)\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dn\u53c2\u6742\u5c42\u4e3a\u78f7\u5316\u6c22(PH3)\uff0cp\u53c2\u6742\u5c42\u4e3a\u4e8c\u787c\u70f7(B2H6)\u3002\u6dfb\u52a0\u6c14\u6001NF3\u4ee5\u4fbf\u4f7f\u7528\u7b49\u79bb\u5b50\u4f53\u6e05\u6d01\u6c89\u79ef\u6b65\u9aa4\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u771f\u7a7a\u5904\u7406\u5ba4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bronkhorst-china.com\/products\/gas-flow\/el-flow-select\/\">EL-FLOW Select<\/a> \u70ed\u5f0f\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1\u7684\u4e00\u5927\u7279\u70b9\u662f\uff0c\u5176\u53ef\u4e3a\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6c14\u4f53\u63d0\u4f9b\u591a\u4e2a(~5)\u6821\u51c6\u66f2\u7ebf\uff0c\u4f18\u70b9\u662f\u6bcf\u53f0\u8d28\u91cf\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u5668\u90fd\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u53ef\u6bd4\u6027\u7684\u591a\u79cd\u6c14\u4f53\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u6570\u91cf\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u5c11\u3002\u8be5\u6d41\u91cf\u8ba1\u7684\u6709\u6548\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u88c5\u7f6e\u4e5f\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4f7f\u7528\u771f\u7a7a\u6280\u672f\u7684\u76f8\u8fd1\u5e94\u7528\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u5de5\u4e1a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7528\u4e8e\u663e\u793a\u548c\u7167\u660e\u7684\u53d1\u5149\u4e8c\u6781\u7ba1(LEDs)\u5236\u9020\u3002<\/p><\/td>\n<td \u91cd\u8981\u8bae\u9898 \u51c6\u786e\u4f9b\u5e94\u6c14\u4f53\u3001\u6db2\u4f53\u548c\u84b8\u6c7d \u91cd\u590d\u6027
